Dave Aldred
Dave has 35 years of experience in financial services, including 15 years as a Managing Director in Corporate Banking, Wholesale Payments, and International Trade Finance. He started his career at The Royal Bank of Scotland, working in Securities Services and Corporate Banking. He then led Deutsche Bank’s UK team for wholesale transaction banking, before joining J.P. Morgan as Regional Sales Executive for EMEA Treasury Services. In 2010, Dave moved to Citibank as Managing Director, overseeing Treasury and Trade Solutions for major industrial sectors in EMEA. He later relocated to the UAE, where he served as Business Head for MENA and Pakistan. Currently, Dave is a lecturer at Canterbury Christ Church University and a PhD researcher in Organisational Ambidexterity with a focus on Global Payments.

Peter Rand has over 40 years of experience in banking and payments, with a focus on commercial payments since 1996. He launched National Australia Bank's unique commercial product, which combined payment cards, branded online expense management, and process re-engineering to drive success for corporate clients in Australia and New Zealand. Peter then established his own advisory business, designing and implementing successful commercial payment solutions for an ASX Top 50 corporation and General Motors Holden. His achievements led to a role at ANZ Bank, where he grew his GDV tenfold, exceeding AU$1B. In 2016, Peter joined Mastercard’s Southeast Asia team, where he led B2B and T&E sales initiatives and later moved into product management for the SME segment.
